Public call to national and international investors. Domuyo Geothermal Project
• Object
The Agency for the Promotion and Investment of the Province of Neuquén, company of the Provincial State (ADI-NQN S.E.P.), has launched a public call for tenders of investors interested in developing proposals for the award of an exploration contract to discover and produce endogenous steam in the area of the Mines, property of the Agency, data of which is shown in Annex I hereto. The successful bidder awarded the exploration contract will have the right to exercise the option, according to the terms and conditions established in the documentation, to exploit the minerals discovered for a period of up to twenty five (25) years and will sign an exploitation contract with the Agency to build and operate one or more geothermal plants to generate and subsequently commercialize electrical power on the Argentine wholesale electricity market.

$ 20.000 (Argentinian pesos twenty thousand).
